Join us at the Hamilton Alpharetta Hotel on Thursday, January 19th, from 6:30pm-8pm for an intimate mixology class with Beverage Manager and expert bartender Emily James. Learn how to make some of her favorite mocktails just in time for Dry January. Watch while Emily makes the cocktails, try your hand at it (all supplies provided), and enjoy it yourself. Each group will enjoy paired hors d'oeuvres from Carrie's dinner menu throughout the evening.
Mocktail Menu:
Secret Garden is made with: grapefruit juice, lemon juice, cucumber, thyme simple syrup, elderflower tonic, lavender bitters and edible flower/mint garnish.
Jack Sparrow is made with aloe vera juice, agave, lime juice, fresh strawberries and basil.
Winter Swizzle is made with orgeat, peach juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, ginger and cherry syrup.
Includes: (3) mocktails total (make and sip), three courses of appetizers for each table to share and recipe cards so you can recreate the mocktails at home.
